INTEC RESEARCH (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") deeply recognizes the importance of handling personal information and declares that it will appropriately acquire, use, and provide personal information and protect the personal information of customers, business partners, executives, employees, etc., by establishing the following "Personal Information Protection Policy," implementing it, maintaining it, and continuously improving it.
1. We will comply with laws, guidelines set by the government, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information. The Company will specify the purpose of use when acquiring and using personal information and use it within the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose. In addition, when handling personal information for a purpose other than the specified purpose (use outside the purpose), we will take necessary measures such as obtaining the individual's consent.

4. We will use the personal information entrusted to us by the consignor under strict management within the scope of the contract.
5. If we receive a complaint or consultation regarding the handling of personal information, we will investigate the facts of the matter and respond within a reasonable period of time. In addition, if the person in question wishes to confirm or correct their personal information, we will promptly respond within a reasonable range.
6. We will continuously improve the management system and mechanism for protecting personal information based on changes in social conditions and environments.
