Is Japanese language proficiency required?The official languages within the company are Japanese and Vietnamese. There are opportunities to communicate in Japanese daily with Japanese managers and clients, so there will be chances to utilize your Japanese language skills.

Trang phục tự do không?There are no particular rules. You are free to choose your attire and hairstyle for work.However, there may be instructions for appropriate dress and hairstyle depending on the occasion.

Is remote work possible?Yes, remote work is possible according to the rules set by the company. These rules are established in consultation with the manager to maximize the team’s performance.

Is the dress code relaxed?It’s not completely relaxed. We all strive for "one step more formal than the person we're meeting". Those who meet with customers often dress in business casual, while others mostly dress in office casual.

Is there a possibility of job transfer?Currently, working in Hanoi is the premise, but depending on the project, there may be a possibility of working at our offices in Da Nang or Japan. In the future, we may also expand our bases to Ho Chi Minh City, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, the United States, and Canada to meet client demands.

Is there overtime work?For the first two months after joining the company, it is standard to leave work on time. After that, everyone manages their schedule flexibly according to their workload, but generally, there is no overtime.

Can you provide details about the new employee induction training?After joining the company, we conduct induction training for all new employees at our headquarters in Hanoi.

Are there opportunities to work abroad?Yes, there are. There are opportunities to work in Vietnam or at our overseas bases planned to be opened in the future. It is also possible to volunteer for overseas assignments.

Do you have internships?We are recruiting interns who are university students interested in interpretation and research jobs. We regularly post internship opportunities on our Facebook page.

Is there a written test for selection?There are no written tests. Selection is only based on document review and interview.

Can you tell me about the selection process?The flow of new graduate/experienced hiring is "Recruitment activities → Document screening → Company introduction & interview → Job offer → Joining the company.

How are the interviews conducted?In the interview, we will inquire in detail about the job role you are interested in and make a decision considering your aptitude, qualifications, and motivation comprehensively.

Do you hold company information sessions?We provide a company introduction during the interview for those who pass the document screening.

How will I be informed about the selection results?Within three business days after the interview, we will contact you by email regardless of the outcome.

What should I bring to the interview?Please bring your CV (in Vietnamese + Japanese or English), certificates (JLPT, TOEIC, IELTS, etc.), graduation certificate, and academic transcript.
